Our operational strategies are informed by leadership experience as a Regional Cardiac Care Coordinator at the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre, where our founder led quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety. This commitment to process and evidence-based practice is being elevated further through ongoing graduate studies in the Master of Health Administration (MHA) program at Toronto Metropolitan University. This ensures our management and quality assurance systems are built on modern healthcare leadership principles.

Instructor-Grade Training & Protocols

Our training program is what truly sets us apart. It is designed and overseen by our founder, a former Clinical Instructor for both Practical Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing collaborative programs. This "instructor-grade" training is built upon over 12 years of frontline nursing experience and ensures every technician understands the clinical principles behind our work. This includes a deep, clinical understanding of Infection Prevention and Control (IPAC), proper disinfection protocols, and how to prevent cross-contamination.
